Build the Sandy Grove Middle School, in North Carolina’s Hoke County, under a PPP model. The school will be a 75,000-square-foot facility built for enrollment of 600 students.
The school is set to open for the 2013-2014 school year. The project developer, Firstfloor K-12 Solutions will lease the land from the local county, while owning the building and leasing it to Hoke County schools.
