Irish PPPs seek legal advisers

23 August 2012 Ireland’s National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) is seeking legal assistance to implement it recent PPPs plan.

After the country’s recent overhaul in PPP, legal advisers are sought to collaborate with the NDFA covering projects with the departments of Health, Education and Skills and Justice and Equality, throughout various locations in Ireland.

The tender will see legal advisers act as agents for state authorities and it is intended the framework legal advisers will also be invited to tender as legal advisers on individual PPP projects. The selected advisers will also work on the Grangegorman university campus PPP in Dublin.
