Canadian transport PPP shortlists bidders

Three companies have been shortlisted for Ontario’s Driver Examination Services PPP in Canada.
After receiving several "quality" bids, the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure Ontario selected the three highest-ranking companies, based on experience and financial capabilities, to participate in the request for proposals (RFP) stage.
The companies are:
- DriveON Partners
- Forum Social Infrastructure Services
- SGS Canada
The PPP aims to upgrade and maintain IT systems and administer quality driver examination services at all DriveTest centres across the province.
Infrastructure Ontario will issue RFPs shortly with the successful company announced in early 2013.
