Shortlist for Humber College PPP

Three bidders have been prequalified for Toronto’s Humber College PPP in Ontario, Canada.
Integrated Team Solutions led by EllisDon, PCL Contractors and SNC Lavalin will compete to design, build and finance the Learning Resource Commons at Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning.
The new building will help accommodate more than 2,200 new students and will feature group and independent study space, an expanded library, enhanced student services and a student gallery and showcase.
The firms were prequalified based on their design and construction experience and their financial capacity to undertake a project of this size and complexity, said procurement agency Infrastructure Ontario.
The three pre-qualified companies will submit bids at the end of this month.
