Dutch govt office PPP tendered

A tender has been issued for a new government policy HQ in the Netherlands.
The private partner is being sought to design, build, finance and maintain offices for the Central Planning Bureau, the Social and Cultural Planning Office, the PBL and a fourth and fifth user at Bezuidenhoutseweg 30 in The Hague.
The offices will also act as a research hub and government thinktank to facilitate debates and seminars.
The total area of the building is 21,000m2 and the contract duration is 30 years.
