Polish water park tendered

The city of Elblag in Poland has announced a tender for a €30m water park PPP.
Private firms are being invited to design, build, finance and maintain a new 9,000 sq m water park with a hotel and conference facilities and an upgrade of the existing pool. The contract will be for a period of 20 years after the completion of the project.
The city hopes the scheme will boost tourism and sports events in the region.
Companies have until 4 June to submit applications.
