British Columbia awards latest P3
P3 pioneers British Columbia have selected a John Laing and Bilfinger Berger JV for the Kelowna and Vernon hospitals project.
P3 projects in the province are coming to market thick and fast. Delivery agency Partnerships BC has called for qualifications for a hospital project at Fort St. John and there are several schemes under development in the transportation, recreation, education and health sectors. Past projects include the sizeable P3s for the $600m (Can Dollars) Sea-to-Sky highway and the $1.9 trillion Canada Line (pictured).
